Returns & Exchanges

At PALMER CLOTHING, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are unsatisfied with your products, simply return the regular priced items in the original condition within 14 days of the post-marked date.  Returned items can be exchanged for a different item or for a store credit.  All returns exclude any originally charged shipping costs.  Return shipping costs will be reduced from the total return value.

Last Chance, Sale, and other specified items are a final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

PALMER CLOTHING is not responsible for packages that are lost during shipment.

All returns will be subject to inspection. Merchandise must be returned in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with tags attached. Returns received in worn condition cannot be accepted for exchange or return and will be sent back to you. We reserve the right to deny or refuse full refund based on the returned condition.

Return Instructions

To request a return, simply email RETURNS@PALMERCLOTHING.COM for further instructions. When the order is confirmed that it meets return policy, a shipping return label will be provided to you via email.  To return your item by mail, please include the packing slip receipt with your return order.
